When I entered the store, I looked at the apple phones and was then taken to AT&T to purchase the phone. One stop shopping, no need go anywhere else. Great sales person who was more interested in providing me with the phone I wanted and needed and not the phone any store wanted to sell me. I would go back to Best Buy a thousand times, no need to go anywhere else. Customer first.
