Can you get an iPhone xr for under $25.00 a month null

When doing my research, I believe you can do a down payment in which you pay some upfront towards the total cost of the phone and your monthly payments will be lower depending on how much you pay upfront. I did not do this though so I'm not 100% sure on it. Seemed like an option to have lower payments. Basically like buying a car or house in that sense.
