“If I just want to buy the Verizon iPhone XR phone and make payments on it would it still be useable with another carrier before it’s paid off? I get truconnect free cell service. Or would I be required to buy a service plan?”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.From what I remember the Best Buy Verizon Rep told us that the phone can be transferred to any carrier. The phones are not locked so it is possible to use under a different carrier. Now if the phone is not paid off, I am not sure how that works. Hope that helps.
