- Answer Yes, you can do payment plan under your chosen network or you can use your Best Buy credit card. As far as I know, you can unlock your phone when you had fully paid your phone. Hope it helps!

- Answer With verizon now they do a payment plan on the phone, so it's package price + phone payment. This doesn't connect to reps so for more details you'll have to go into a best buy and ask at the mobile desk.
