I have a iPod 5 and I was wondering if I could trade it in to get a iPod 6 and just pay the difference between the two so $100. Can I do that? null

I believe BestBuy do take trade-ins. 
As far as trade-ins for an Ipod 5, I'm not sure.
The best advice is to call or actually go to the store and ask. 
And paying the "difference" for the 6, I dont see why. I'm not sure if trade-in is $100.

I sincerely doubt you would receive full credit for a used device, even for a trade up. I would think you’d be lucky if you were credited 25% of the original cost. Good luck, though. I’d be interested in hearing your result.

I just got the 6th generation and I am happy with it. I think paying for the difference is worth it.
