No. This is a lightning (usb-c) connection. If you had some sort of adaptor that connected to the 30 pin ipod on one end and turned into a USB-c on the other end, then maybe. There are 30pin connections that convert to hdmi out there. The biggest obstacle you'll face is finding one that will work with your current ios operating system build number. I'm afraid it's a bit of trial and error. Good luck.
