Does this device work with a 2017 IPad Pro? null

Yes. Apple has supported audio over lightning cables for a long time, even when they still had headphone jacks. I have an older iPad Pro and it works fine with it (just don’t need it).

Works on any device that has a lightning connection.

I'm not sure but I can't see why not.
