It does not. Product is only for attaching 30 pin to lightning.

As long as the flash drive has a 30pin piece to connect to the 30pin outlet. This particular adapter is designed for technology dating 10+ years.

I wouldn't think so. But don't take my opinion as the final say so.

This unit has a SD card inside. You can remove the card and transfer files to the computer, then return the card to the unit and continue the backup of photos and contacts where you left off.
