Yes. This is exactly what I used it for. Works in GarageBand and iMovie

Yes, this works with connecting the blue yeti to your iPhone. I use it for my iPhone 12 and have no issues. I will mention this though, if you have an issue with your cord return it for a new one. The first one I tried was defective and I thought it was just not compatible at first .
