• Yes, as long as the flash drive was initially formatted for iOS use. USB drive is a good app to use for file transfer to and from iPad to flash drive.

• With the new v13 ios update you can use this to transfer all types of files now to external drives .. you may need a usb 3.0 hub to supply the power needed for some devices

• I have tried various USB drives to transfer files and presentations, which include photos, and it does not work on my new IPad Pro or My IPhone. I would not recommend this.
