Target Display Mode you should have. A Thunderbolt or Mini DisplayPort connection on both the iMac and the Mac Mini. -A compatible cable to connect them. Here’s how you’d use it: -Connect the iMac and the Mac Mini using the appropriate cable. -Press Command (⌘) + F2 on the iMac’s keyboard to switch to Target Display Mode. Note that if your Mac Mini only has USB-C or HDMI ports, you might need an adapter to connect to the iMac. Screen Sharing: If you can’t use Target Display Mode, another approach is to use Screen Sharing or remote desktop apps. You can set up your Mac Mini and access its screen from the iMac via software solutions like: -macOS Screen Sharing: Built into macOS, allowing you to access your Mac Mini’s screen from your iMac. -Third-Party Apps: Tools like TeamViewer or AnyDesk can also enable screen sharing over a network. -Hardware Adapters I’d recommend investing in a separate monitor for the Mac Mini, as it often proves more reliable and convenient in the long run.

Your wireless keyboard and mouse will work. All you technically will need is a camera but you (with the newer OS) will be able to use camera continuity and use your iPhone.
