• The processor speed has been bumped up slightly. Other than that there is no difference. The early 2015 machine runs just fine. You won't even notice the speed increase for most tasks.

• The only difference is the processor. 1.6GHZ versus a 1.8GHZ in the latest model. For me it was not worth the extra dollars for such minimal performance change with the processor.
