“Every time I look at this model it says out of stock, and I do have to ask will this model be coming back in stock or is it staying out of stock permanently as I know it’s the previous model and on clearance.”

I’d assume it will be out of stock moving forward. Never models are far more popular since the MacBook being using Apples M silicon versus Intel chips
