QuestionAloha, old dinosaur not too sure about tech still using flip phone but purchased this air for daughter. Did not purchase apple care, understands comes with 1 year warranty. Any thoughts please, should I purchase apple care. Blessings.

- Answer Aloha. Apple Care is your standard one year warranty from defects. If you want peace of mind you can get Apple Care Plus as it covers accidental damage with extra fee for loss or theft. You do have to pay a deductible in addition to the fee. The cost depends on the product. You can go to apple.com and compare.

- Answer I would get one that has a little wiggle room, If the overall outside measurement is the same size it may not slip in the case.

QuestionDoes the Air take a usb port connection -- would probably need to get an extension for connecting a bigger screen, etc. for some work. Someone told me the back of air is different than the USB port connection I am used to with older macs. Thanks

- Answer No USB on the MacBook Air - assume you can get an adapter. My older (7 years older) Air has that connection, so, I can use it if needed. Was surprised by the new Air connection.
