• It has the usual apps but you can always download apps that you would use with Microsoft etc. I have already done this since my job requires me to use some of the Microsoft platforms

• It only has the usual Apple apps. Microsoft apps can be download from the App Store.

• It includes most apps that you can download on your phone, including the Microsoft apps like word and PowerPoint. The only downside I’ve seen is you can download apps like YouTube or Netflix, you’d have to look that up in your browser
