• A:Answer Be aware that your buying a pre-owned laptop that may have been traded in and really does not have a warranty. It may have had issues and may not be tested fully when refurbished. The one I purchased was defective and had hardware problems out of the box. Had to return it as I needed laptop that is fully functional and reliable.

• A:Answer Condition was good. No dents. Screen was little dirty and dusty, however, screen looked fine with no dents or dead pixels.. case looked good condition. However laptop was not charging and did freeze during setup process. The laptop has hardware problems.
