• Hey Rich, new Apple hardware always comes pre-loaded with the latest macOS and standard apps (Mail, FaceTime, iMessage, Photos, Calendar, etc). Additionally, you'll find Pages (Word), Keynote (PowerPoint), Numbers (Excel), iMovie, and GarageBand either pre-loaded or available for download in the Mac App Store.
