Hey there, I would like to purchase this model without touch bar but 512GB storage for students. If I choose the 512GB version it directs me to the one with the touch bar. I would also like to have the German keyboard. Is that a possible option? null

You'll need to order through Apple directly.. Those options are available when building the computer prior to check out.
