Yes, simply make sure you buy a Microsoft office which is compatible/or designed to work with Apple or Mac computers. It should tell you clearly if an office product can work with Mac ( may be more expensive because of different operating system).

Yes Microsoft Office is compatible (As long as it’s not an outdated version). You can either purchase the license version or do the subscription version.
