No, the MacBook Pro does not have an ethernet connection. It is rather frustrating, but Apple has done away with almost all of its ports -- no USB, no photo card ports, no ethernet. There are only two small Thunderbolt ports on each side of the computer and a headphone port. Apple is now forcing us to add external hardware to the computer to "add on" all the ports we need.

macbook pro dont have any ports other than USB type c , thunderbolt and audio port for any other port you need to buy dongle
