When I use the Mac for hours it feels a little bit hot but no issues with overheating yet

Please try again later.I haven’t done anything to increase serious CPU or graphics uses like editing video or anything, but I’ve done lots of surfing and streaming and played a few games. It gets pretty warm, but not nearly unbearable. But I’ve always had a slim laptop cooler to keep laptops off my legs. I’ve watched a few video reviews about it and there seems to be no real thermo-throttling. It does operate at its said frequency, and does turbo boost when needed. It never falls below the said frequency rating. Does it perform as well as other laptops speed wise with similar configurations? No. It performs slower, but not really noticeable when doing normal activities outside of munching up processing power.
