QuestionHello ! I want to know the condition of this Mac and how does it look like? Is it obvious that it used before (scratches, washed-out look e.t.c.) ? Is it possible to open it in the shop and refuse to buy in case if I don't like it ?

- Answer The Mac I received looks and performs as if brand new. As a matter of fact, the last used Mac I purchased, when the Geek squad set it up for me, it was detected that one operation was NOT perfect, and they took it back. BEST BUY REALLY TOOK CARE OF ME.
