It is not a touch screen. You can find the installed apps on the Apple website, under the Support tab, then select Mac, then MacBook Pro, then Find Tech Specs. Select MacBook Pro (16 inch, 2021). Go down the page and they list all the Built-in Apps. Also, I had transferred apps from my old MacBook to this new model with no problem. Hope this helps.
