• No. You cannot have another case on your iPad. The iPad must directly touch this keyboard so the smart connector contacts the keyboard, or the keyboard will not work.

• If you’re asking...is the iPad Pro with a smart folio Compatible with the magic keyboard? I don’t think you can, because of the absence of the smart connector (3 dots) on the outside of the folio case. The smart connector is what allows the iPad and the magic keyboard to communicate. As of today, I believe there is only one case that can work with the magic keyboard. It’s the coverbuddy from switcheasy
