• magic keyboard dont need any bluetooth to hook up at all but AirPods will need bluetooth to hook up and it will work just fine

• The keyboard is not wireless as in Bluetooth or WiFi it connects to the smart connector at the back of the iPad. There is no reason it would interfere with your AirPods.
