• Yes it is, if your Envision Monitor has a VGA input. My extra display didn't have a VGA, but had HDMI. I purchased Mini DisplayPort to HDMI Cable, Benfei Mini DP to HDMI 10 Feet Cable (Thunderbolt Compatible) with MacBook Air/Pro
