How do I change battery null

The battery is rechargeable, but once it's dead I don't think you can easily change it. Apple may be able to do it for you, but they have made the key board in such a way that the average consumer cannot get into it. There are no screws or other fasteners visible. I tried prying off one of the rubber feet off to see if there was a screw underneath - there wasn't. If your battery won't charge, it's time to give Apple some more of your money.

You don’t. You could ask Apple to, but the cost would likely be more than a new keyboard. Otherwise the built in rechargeable should be good for years.
