• No, the apple pencils only work with iPads. The second generation pencil only works with the iPad Pro 12.9” 3rd and 4th generations and the iPad Pro 11” 1st and 2nd generations. The first generation pencil only works with iPad Air 3rd generation, iPad mini 5th generation, iPad 6th and 7th generations, iPad Pro 12.9” 1st and 2nd generation, iPad Pro 10.5”, and iPad Pro 9.7”.
