• The answer to you 1st question is no, it does not com e with a SIM card. At least mine did not since I purchased my phone as a refurbished phone through Best Buy online. I used the SIM card from my old phone. I have Consumer Cellular as my carrier and paid the full price of the refurbished phone, which was around $449.00. If you want to get your phone through Verizon as your carrier, then I assume you would pay monthly.
