- Answer They’re used phones but they look brand spanking new like they were never turned on before you get it. I’ve had my iPhone 11 Pro Max since September and it’s still the best decision I’ve made. I got my sister the same phone and I’m glad to report it work just fine.

QuestionWhat is the battery % on the pre owned phones. Does it go to 100%? I don’t want one that only goes to 86% or so which is what most pre owned are
