• A:Answer Pre-owned means someone else previous owned and used it but nothing wrong with as far as the seller knows, in contrast refurbished means the phone previously owned and used by someone else and action taken by seller or seller's agent to address potential issues occured with the phone such as repair/replacement to components, replacement of battery or casing, etc. In both cases buyer should expect the item to be cleaned and fully reset prior to being offered.
