• Bought two refurbished phone one of them powered on and off continously and would not stay on. Returned it back for an exchange or refund i choose exchange now both work fine and hold a normal charge. I bought them for my kids. Been about 4 months and zero issues.

• I bought a 13 pro that was 83% and the battery drain was fast when using the camera and got warm inside a bestbuy store and ended up returning it
