Is the cell phone new? null

LOL. NO! You can't buy and iPhone 14 Pro Max new from Apple anymore. I tried the Apple store first. That's why the Best Buy title says "PRE-OWNED". But, yeah, mine was in "like new" condition and I'd challenge anyone to be able to tell the difference.
