• A:Answer My pre-owned came with a battery health of 100 percent and no scratches. With the pre-owned someone would have had to return it in 15 days so it should essentially be a brand new phone.

• A:Answer oh, it’s a 15 and it’s still out of date. Therefore the AppleCare is no longer available. I’m not sure what kind of insurance or whatever that Best Buy has but AppleCare is no longer available.

• A:Answer Nope. Once the phone is outside of 14 days Best Buy does nothing to support the phone if it is defective. I did not realize this until running into issues and would not buy from them again.
