• A:Answer It’s refurbished. Don’t buy this phone. I had issues with the cellular just after the 30 warranty. Best Buy doesn’t care, “Its out of warranty”. Probably the same issue it had to begin with and wasn’t fixed. I was taken for $500. Do Not buy used phones from Best Buy!

• A:Answer It is unlocked so you can take it to any company that gives service for a phone. This phone was in brand new condition. The only thing I noticed, someone used something other than the tool provided to open the sim card slot. Everything works perfectly.
