• I think you can if you know how to backup your old one first and then transfer to the new one. I'm low tech so they did all of that for me in the store.

• 1. Yes, I picked mine up at my nearby Best Buy. 2. My carrier is Sprint and my SIM card did not work on this iPhone. Sprint sent me a valid SIM card to use.
