“My mini iPad MDL528LL/A has quit functioning. When you press an App(solitaire) it goes out then comes back again for you to tap again. Any help would be appreciated.”

That usually means you need to update your software, you may be a few updates behind or at least One. Otherwise I usually for restart so the device can “cycle” and that has fixed the issue for me in the past. Good luck
