Does this phone has warranty? null

It's my understanding that you do not have a warranty outside the 14day window covering the return policy, and unless you purchase apple-care at the time of purchase, if you are able to, you do not have a warranty. I have purchased two "refurbished" phones that came with more than one problem that showed up AFTER the return policy window lapsed. I would not recommend.
