I looked under the product description for your iPhone 6s and it says PO, which indicates preowned. I don’t see anything about a refurbished product. The refurbished electronics are often sold separately under Geek Squad. As for the straight talk question, these phones are unlocked and ready to use all typical carrier SIM cards. If you had straight talk before that SIM card can be used again in your new phone. If not buy, a new SIM card.
