How is the condition and is it refurbished ?? null

The item looked new with no scratches etc.. it was pre-owned and unlocked with 128 GB and 4G LTE so up to standards and can keep up with the iPhone software updates which I installed once I got the phone transferred from my old one and now I have their iOS 12 update, all good .. The phone did not come with the Sim card but that was stated when I reviewed it online and I went to a sprint store and they provided me with a Sim card and did all the transfer business free of charge ..
