Yes, you would just put your SIM card in and then the phone will prompt you on the next steps, make sure all your data and contacts are backed on your previous phone. If you are going iPhone to iPhone it’s very simple , when I went from my 6s plus to my iPhone 11 Pro Max , you hold the new phone over the old phone and it’s takes a picture of a circle like object and transfers everything, also make sure your old phone is updated as far as software goes.
