• Verizon Certified Pre-Owned devices come with a 90-day limited warranty, which protects you in the case of manufacturing defects. Certified Pre-Owned phones are also eligible for Total Mobile Protection insurance, which covers loss, theft, damage and many defects that pop up post-warranty.

• It depends on how many years did the former user ..use it but I assure u there is guality in this pre-owned assets
