As far as the condition and to what they advertise. I would not take this as granted. Best buy do not test or complete a comprehensive condition overall. I would not buy any used or refurbished items from best buy because they are not good in repairing and they are deceiving. you will, have issues if not when you receive it possible after few months it will break or you will start having issues...stay away from best buy refurbished items or used . they are bad in that filed
