• A:Answer Good. It works pretty much like it should. However when the texting tweet sounds, it fades out & sounds like it is dying. I didn’t discover that issue until after my 30 days were up but it doesn’t impact the usefulness of the phone too much.

• A:Answer you can technically buy it and pick it up at your local best buy, then ask to see the phone and ask for a refund if it's not up to your satisfation! other than that, i'm not sure if you can unless your best buy happens to have it in stock.
