A:Answeri had a similar situation. i couldn't remember my password to get into my apple account. if you had you used a debit or credit card on your apple account for itunes or extra storage, you could identify yourself via that and get in. sounds like that was not an option. you can restore your phone to factory settings. start all over again and this time, write it down. i did write my pw down, but for some reason, my phone didn't recognize it or something. maybe it was wrong. eventually, i did remember my six digit code. you can always call apple support and they can help you. if you own an apple, you have support on that phone or any device of their brand. they're very very good about helping people. they do everything they can for you. they can walk you through it, they can access your device, with your permission and help you that way. they're there for you. apples are different than other phones.
A:Answeryour apple id is your email. i have an apple and that what i used. you need to create an apple account if you haven't created one and that apple id will come up. they know it. then you create a password and you have an apple account. you really should get an account. you can get support for any of your apple devices. i just went into my apple APP STORE and searched instagram and i didn't see a charge for it. looks free. touch on app store and type in instagram on the magnifying glass and it came up free.
