• You should be able to activate it to boost mobile as long as the phone has been unlocked by previous carrier an it isn’t a lost/stolen phone or tied into someone’s account.

• You should be able to as long as that phone is not tied into any other account or been reported lost/stolen. Take it to appropriate location to activate it and they will be able to tell you if it was successful in linking up to their network.
