- Answer All phones come with a charger. Ear buds may come with some but not all. You would want to check with the manufacturer of whatever phone your buying.... Apple, Samsung, Motorola etc

- Answer Don't be fooled by the description which says "unlocked." I was NOT able to use this phone with Verizon, as I have with the 4 other "unlocked" iPhones I've purchased in the past! And I was still charged $35.00 for restocking fee!! Shame on Best Buy!!!!

- Answer Phone is previously owned. The phone case showed minor evidence of wear. The display seemed in perfect condition, and the phone functioned like new.
