A:AnswerWhen I received mine there was a large gash in the front screen I don’t know about all of them but I was not pleased with the condition of mine.
A:AnswerI think you can if you know how to backup your old one first and then transfer to the new one. I'm low tech so they did all of that for me in the store.
A:AnswerThe difference between preowned and refurbished is that a preowned phones may have to set the phone back to factory settings, or sometimes the carrier can be an issue switching to another carrier. Refurbished is that the phone May had work done to it to get it working again, can be connected to any carrier, and sometimes comes with a warranty.
A:AnswerOn your phone go to Settings -> Battery -> Battery Health -> And check the Maximum capacity (this percentage shows how much charge your battery can hold, if it says 100% then your battery can hold a full charge, if it says something like 85% then its aged and can only hold 85% maximum charge as batteries die over time) if its above 80% then you are most likely ok, if its under 80% then you should most likely replace it, and for tips to make your battery last longest then I'd recommend charging it to 80% and stop charging, and plug it in whenever it reaches 20% or below.
A:AnswerDon’t buy this phone. I had issues with the cellular just after the 30 warranty. Best Buy doesn’t care, “Its out of warranty”. Probably the same issue it had to begin with and wasn’t fixed.
I was taken for $500. Do Not buy used phones from Best Buy!
