- Answer The phone looks true to the picture as far as the siding and back. The screen display is dull instead of the vibrant colors that iPhones are known for having. The battery dies faster than my previous iPhone XS Max 64GB and the phone starts to overheat after consistent usage.

- Answer No it didn't. The iPhone was in a standard smart phone box and no original apple accessories were provided. An unbranded charger and 3 ft cord was placed in the box.
