I have not personally tried it, but I would think not. I believe both items attach to the magnetic connection along the edge of the iPad. So I don't see that you could have both of them connected at the same time.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Well, you can use the Smart Cover OR the Smart Keyboard. Not both at the same time. Fortunately, the Smart Keyboard is a cover in and of itself. Check out some YouTube videos of it to get a clear idea of what it does.
